The developers were unsure about the requirements, and the marketing team didn't have updated information about the project's progress. To overcome this challenge, we started having frequent cross-functional meetings to talk about advancements, difficulties, and obstacles in order to get past this obstacle. These gatherings gave team a forum for candid conversation and kept everyone informed.
